To register an Account and use the xo308 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. xo308 strictly enforces this age restriction in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and responsible gaming best practices. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension or termination.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform and placing bets. xo308 services are intended exclusively for Indonesian residents. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia or on behalf of individuals outside Indonesia are in violation of these Terms.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling or using online betting services due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with xo308. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under different names, addresses, or identity documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If we detect multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the identity documents you will be required to submit for verification purposes.
xo308 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, you will be required to submit proof of identity and proof of address before you can make withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license. Acceptable proof of address includes utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued documents showing your registered address and dated within the last three months.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify xo308 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. xo308 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
You must promptly update your Account information if any of your registration details change, including your address, phone number, or email address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other Account-related issues.
xo308 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful bank confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are displayed on the deposit page before you complete the transaction. You acknowledge that xo308 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. You may withdraw funds to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.
xo308 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB), withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. Outside business hours and on weekends or public holidays, withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Please note that additional processing time by your bank or payment provider may apply and is beyond xo308's control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks. xo308 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request if we have reason to believe fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms has occurred.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary depending on your Account status, payment method, and VIP tier. xo308 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.
xo308 complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional verification procedures.

xo308 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value.
All bets placed on the xo308 platform are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming any wager. xo308 will not accept liability for errors made by you when placing bets.
In the event of obvious errors in odds or results (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), xo308 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include but are not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, bets accepted after an event has already concluded, or bets accepted on outcomes that have already been determined.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, FIFA). If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe as stated in our sports betting rules.
Live in-play betting is subject to delays inherent in live streaming and data transmission. xo308 makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate live data, but we do not guarantee real-time accuracy. You acknowledge that live betting involves these inherent delays.
All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, the game round will be void, and stakes will be refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xo308 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
xo308 is not responsible for any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, technical malfunctions, errors by third-party payment processors, or force majeure events.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. xo308 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred while using the Platform.
xo308 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and associated winnings. Any remaining genuine balance (funds deposited by you, excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities, subject to verification and anti-money-laundering procedures.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the Indonesian market context. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and xo308.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or mediation as mutually agreed upon. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against xo308.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
